SFT assists persons with disabilities in meeting these challenges by acting as a voice and guide in obtaining services from the government and other non-government organizations.
OEI assists persons with disabilities obtain:

- Free passes for bus travel
- Unemployment benefits
- Free mobility aids
- Government loans and grants
- Job placement
- Educational placement
